Bret has been handling all of my real estate needs for a number of years. When I was a landlord he would let me know of any changes in the rental market so I could adjust the rent I would ask. He also always referred good, responsible tenants. When I decided to sell my house he planned a strategy to generate a lot of interest in the property quickly. The photo layout and the listing description were fabulous and I received a number of bids above my asking price. I have been working with Bret on and off for years. First helping us find a few seasonal rentals, then most recently when we were looking to purchase a condo. Bret was responsive, professional, and great to work with. He was able to provide local attorney and bank recommendations for us since we are out of state buyers and give us insight into the area and the purchase process. I have known Bret Williamson since about 2018. He helped me with a house that I had under contract in 2019 but did not end up buying. He helped me again with purchasing a house in 2023. He has shown me multiple properties in the meantime. He is reliable, takes his job seriously, comes prepared, is honest, and does his job well. He provides resources on the Killington area such as lawyers, contractors, cleaners, etc. I am very happy with Bret's real estate broker services and would highly recommend him. I would use him again if I buy again in the Killington and Rutland area
