Killington Valley Real Estate is offering quarter ownership in The Killington Grand Hotel, a luxury slopeside condominium hotel that opened in February 1998 at Killington. Each unit is a fully furnished condominium complete with kitchen. Ownership is in the form of a Warranty Deed. A “Quarter Share” consists of thirteen weeks, every fourth week throughout the year. The weeks you own are from Friday to Friday and you can choose to do three things with your weeks:

either use part or all of your week
rent part or all of your week, or
exchange your entire week with R.C.I. or Interval International if you choose to join either organization

Resort Condominiums International and Interval International

Our affiliation with Resort Condominiums International, or R.C.I. and Interval International, allows you to exchange your weeks with over 7,400 affiliated resorts worldwide. If you like to travel to the Islands, Europe, Disney, the western ski areas or even New Zealand, then this is a great way to enhance your vacation lifestyle. R.C.I. and Interval International act as private brokers to facilitate exchanges. Membership in either or both organizations is required and is separate from ownership at The Grand.
