Bret has been handling all of my real estate needs for a number of years. When I was a landlord he would let me know of any changes in the rental market so I could adjust the rent I would ask. He also always referred good, responsible tenants. When I decided to sell my house he planned a strategy to generate a lot of interest in the property quickly. The photo layout and the listing description were fabulous and I received a number of bids above my asking price. In every transaction, Bret was professional, friendly and I always felt he had my best interest at heart.Whether you are buying, selling or renting I can easily recommend Bret Williamson and Killington Valley Real Estate to do a great job.

Having worked with other realtors in the past, my family knows that Bret is the best! Bret took the time to get to know us and understand exactly what we were looking for, and then helped us navigate our options in an incredibly tough buying market. His knowledge and experience of the Killington area were evident in the guidance he gave; he was incredibly responsive during all steps in the process, which put us at ease. Home buying is stressful; working with Bret made it a very smooth and exciting process. Thank you!

I have been working with Bret on and off for years. First helping us find a few seasonal rentals, then most recently when we were looking to purchase a condo. Bret was responsive, professional, and great to work with. He was able to provide local attorney and bank recommendations for us since we are out of state buyers and give us insight into the area and the purchase process. Things ran smoothly and we were able to close for a good price in a quick time frame just in time for fall foliage season!

As a first time home buyer, I made sure I did the research including which realtor to work with and I'm so happy I choose Bret! He was extremely responsive, quick to get back to me, and helpful in explaining the process throughout the experience. I should note that at the time I bought my home, he was extremely busy with an influx of buyers. Truly, everyone was buying a home! But despite being busier than normal, he was attentive and on top of everything.Plus, I was able to purchase my home at a lower price than I expected thanks to Bret's guidance. I'm so happy with my first home and highly recommend Bret. Thank you!

I have known Bret Williamson since about 2018. He helped me with a house that I had under contract in 2019 but did not end up buying. He helped me again with purchasing a house in 2023. He has shown me multiple properties in the meantime. He is reliable, takes his job seriously, comes prepared, is honest, and does his job well. He provides resources on the Killington area such as lawyers, contractors, cleaners, etc. I am very happy with Bret's real estate broker services and would highly recommend him. I would use him again if I buy again in the Killington and Rutland area

My siblings and I hired Bret to help us sell our mom's house in Killington. As out-of-staters, we really needed a local pro with deep knowledge of the market. Bret was invaluable from start to finish, helping organizing the prep of the house for sale, to determining local comps and setting the price, all the way through closing. He took great care to keep my mom's best interests in the forefront throughout the negotiations. I highly recommend him!

We bought a Killington ski condo eight years ago working with Bret. This year when we decided it was time to sell, and based on our previous experience, we didn't hesitate to reach out for his help. We were not disappointed - Bret worked with us to quickly put the condo on the market and get the offer we hoped all within a week. He was incredibly helpful all along the way and would recommend anyone looking for a real estate agent in the Killington area to reach out to him. Thanks Bret!
