Bret has been handling all of my real estate needs for a number of years. When I was a landlord he would let me know of any changes in the rental market so I could adjust the rent I would ask. He also always referred good, responsible tenants. When I decided to sell my house he planned a strategy to generate a lot of interest in the property quickly. I have been working with Bret on and off for years. First helping us find a few seasonal rentals, then most recently when we were looking to purchase a condo. Bret was responsive, professional, and great to work with. He was able to provide local attorney and bank recommendations for us since we are out of state buyers and give us insight into the area and the purchase process. As a first time home buyer, I made sure I did the research including which realtor to work with and I'm so happy I choose Bret! He was extremely responsive, quick to get back to me, and helpful in explaining the process throughout the experience. I should note that at the time I bought my home, he was extremely busy with an influx of buyers. Truly, everyone was buying a home! I have known Bret Williamson since about 2018. He helped me with a house that I had under contract in 2019 but did not end up buying. He helped me again with purchasing a house in 2023. He has shown me multiple properties in the meantime. He is reliable, takes his job seriously, comes prepared, is honest, and does his job well. He provides resources on the Killington area such as lawyers, contractors, cleaners, etc. I am very happy with Bret's real estate broker services and would highly recommend him. I would use him again if I buy again in the Killington and Rutland area

Bret was a tremendous help in finding us a dream ski condo in a very tight market. Great communicator and such an amazing resource for buyers/sellers in the Killington/Pico community.
