I have known Bret Williamson since about 2018. He helped me with a house that I had under contract in 2019 but did not end up buying. He helped me again with purchasing a house in 2023. He has shown me multiple properties in the meantime. He is reliable, takes his job seriously, comes prepared, is honest, and does his job well.
